Research & Development

More than 200 Chemists and Engineers are working together for timely
completion of small-scale and large-scale projects. Laboratories are
equipped with or have direct access to NMR, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, IR, KF,
DSC, TGA and other instruments for process research and development,
in-process monitoring, and quality assurance.


Facilities

Production base of Pharnorcia covers an area of 31.2 acre. More than
800,000 sqft are well established for research laboratories, kilo-labs and
pilot plant. The kilo-labs and pilot plant are well equipped with glass
jacketed reactors ranging from 10 L to 100 L, mantle heated/coil cooled
glass reactors up to 200 L, 8 L and 20 L high pressure reactors, 20 L rotary
evaporators, and a range of filters. Process chiller manifolds allow quick and
precise temperature adjustments. Operating temperatures range from
-80°C to 200°C and pressures range from 0.1 torr up to 20 atm.


Analytical and Quality Control

Analytical procedures are developed for all custom synthesis projects,
unless it is offered and transferred by our customer. Our quality control team
performs a broad range of analytical testing in compliance with regulatory
requirements. Standard operation procedures (SOP) are implemented and
enforced for every aspect of the business.
